The bridge between capital and code

I don't build software. I design profitability engines.

Dual background in ESADE (business) and Ironhack (full-stack development). The result is a profile that speaks with the CEO in EBITDA terms and with the CTO in architecture terms — simultaneously.

As CEO of Cymit Química I led the digital transformation of a traditional company by building on Odoo a platform that unified three legacy systems, automated the management of over 2 million references and scaled the technical team from 1 to 5. The result was growth from €2M to €4M and a double acquisition, the last by PALEX Group.

After that exit I applied the same model at Rehabmedic (Top 3 on Google in 60 days on Schema.org + HA architecture), at Kreathon/HackSquad (Odoo 19 + Next.js 15 innovation suite in production) and at Aplantida (computer vision ML model with 171k images, deployed in browser).

Today I work as a consultant and architect with SMEs and scale-ups that need a counterpart who understands their P&L and can also write the code the next day.
